1. Conditions of shipment

- EU / UE

We ship with GLS to guarantee an efficient service and fast delivery.

Delivery times in EU: 3-4 working days.

The shipping costs are free for all orders in EU/UE over €65,00.

The shipping costs are €17,99 for all orders in EU/UE under €65,00.

Shipping is always free for YouTube channel joiners (starting from the 3rd subscription tier and from the second consecutive month of subscription), on any order, even below the minimum threshold. For more information, contact us on WhatsApp.

- U.S.A / Canada / Extra EU

Delivery to U.S.A. / Canada / and all Extra EU countries for all orders with DHL 2-4 working days.

Delivery times 3-4 working days.

The shipping costs are €49,99 for all orders in U.S.A. / Canada / and all Extra EU countries.

2. Order status and traceability

Traceability number is provided for each order to verify the displacements and the estimated delivery date.

3. Payment

Secure credit card payments via Stripe:

Stripe is a payment method to use your credit card directly from the website without visiting third party sites. Using this method, your order payment and confirmation from Stripe will be received promptly. In this way the order will be processed faster.

Interest-free installment payments with Klarna:

In addition to credit card payments via Stripe, we offer interest-free installment payments with Klarna, one of Europe’s leading Buy Now, Pay Later providers.

How it works:

- Customers can choose to pay in 3 interest-free installments.

- The first installment is charged at the time of purchase, with the remaining payments collected according to Klarna’s schedule.

- No interest or additional fees are charged to the customer.

Minimum order value:

Klarna installment payments are available:

- for single products priced over €150, or

- for orders with a cart total exceeding €150, even when the order consists of multiple lower-priced items (for example, several €1 products).

Eligibility is based on the total cart value, not the price of individual items.

Approval and installment management:

- Installment payments are subject to Klarna’s approval, which is carried out instantly during checkout.

- Approval depends on Klarna’s internal criteria (customer profile, order amount, transaction history, etc.).

- If Klarna does not approve the installment option, the customer can still complete the purchase using another payment method.

Customer protection:

- Klarna is a regulated financial institution operating in compliance with European payment and consumer credit regulations.

- All installment management, payment reminders, and related communications are handled directly by Klarna.

- The store does not store or manage installment payment details.

Order fulfillment:

- Once the payment is confirmed, the store receives the full order amount immediately (minus applicable fees).

- This allows us to process and ship orders without delay, regardless of the installment option chosen.

- The installment repayment process is entirely managed by Klarna.

4. Claims & Returns

Any requests for returns or claims are valid only within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery of the goods. For returns, the procedure is as follows:

- The customer sends, with shipping paid by him, the goods to be returned to the address: Lavezzinifly Via Tonale 24 37012 Bussolengo (VR) Italy.

-When the returned goods are received at Lavezzinifly, the order will be refunded, but it will not be complete, because -22% will be deducted from the total amount, which is the VAT that is paid at the time of issue of the receipt during the purchase. The refund payment method will be bank wire transfer.
