Vision - Glass Trout Flyrod

The Vision Glass Trout Flyrod is made from pure fibreglass and designed to deliver an engaging fishing experience with a deep, progressive bend, while still providing plenty of power for long casts.

This is not a traditional soft and sluggish glass rod. The Glass Trout performs remarkably well with different types of fly lines and offers impressive versatility. It is particularly well suited to small and medium-sized rivers, where its flexibility and responsiveness make it a pleasure to fish.

Paired with a short-headed line such as the Vibe 65, it easily turns over large, bulky dry flies and heavy nymphs. When playing a fish, the deep flex of the fibreglass blank acts like a shock absorber, cushioning sudden runs and helping keep the fish securely hooked until the picture and release.

Its two-piece construction is complemented by chrome-plated stainless steel snake guides and stripping guide, a matt black aluminium reel seat with a fibreglass insert, and a cork Half Wells handle. The rod comes supplied with a fibreglass rod tube and cloth bag.
